Invisible faces, forgotten souls - Continuing a Legacy of Care

Roebuck House is entering a new chapter.  Once a place of service under the stewardship of the Sisters of Jesus and Mary, the historic property will soon be thoughtfully restored and transformed into a purpose-built hostel, offering safety, stability, and dignity to those in need.

Full planning permission was granted in November 2025, and pre-commencement conditions are now being submitted to the Council for approval.

Construction is due to begin in the first quarter of 2026, and Roebuck House will continue its legacy of compassion by providing meaningful support to the community it has long served, by March 2027.
